About Mission Basundhara

In a bid to smooth out and resolve and make land income benefits more available to residents, 'Mission Basundhara' conceptualized under the initiative of Hon'ble Chief Minister, Assam. The mission imagines diminishing the pendency in updation of land records, through mission mode sped up the removal of administrations looked for by residents and establishing a simplicity of carrying on with work climate in the land the board biological system.

The three parts of the mission are - I. Decontamination of land records in a mission mode ii. Polygon review of yet to be studied 672 non-cadastral towns iii. Re-review of 18789 cadastral towns of 27 locales utilizing crossbreed system.

The nine land related administrations to be given through Basundhara gateway are:

1. Mutation by right of legacy

2. Mutation later deed enrollment

3. Partition for undisputed cases

4. Conversion from Annual Patta to Periodic Patta

5. Reclassification of horticultural land to nonagrarian land under 1 bigha

6. Striking out of name from patta

7. Allotment authentication to Periodic Patta

8. Legacy Data Updation

9. Mobile Number Updation

The polygon study of NC towns will prepare for giving area privileges to native landless individuals occupying these towns as indicated by Land Policy, 2019.

Re-study of all cadastral towns will clear the method for clearing titles.

The execution of the mission will empower accomplishing the objective of 100% Digitalization of Maps and all out Integration of Maps, Land Records and Registration for the State under DILRMP. The residents will approach constant land records.
